Live Oak Canyon Pumpkin Patch season runs from September 21 - October 31st.
REDLANDS, Calif. - Californer -- This fall take the family to visit the Live Oak Canyon Pumpkin Patch for a harvest bounty of fun. Get into the spirit of the season and visit the Farm in search of the perfect pumpkin and stay to explore the many other attractions.
The season kicks off September 21, 2019 with many of the traditional attractions, including u-pick and pre-picked pumpkins, corn maze, petting zoo and pony rides. New this year is an actual half-sized Train. This working locomotive is a replica of the Central Pacific Railroad #60, a 4-4-0 steam locomotive owned by the Central Pacific Railroad. It made history when it joined the Union Pacific No. 119 at Promontory Summit, Utah, during the Golden Spike ceremony commemorating the completion of the First Transcontinental Railroad in 1869. Now your family can make history by being among the first to ride the rails of this historic replica train.
"The fall is a wonderful time for families and the young at heart to enjoy a little bit of farm life" said Chris Rameson, Owner of Live Oak Canyon Farm, "We've added new attractions for visitors to get into the Halloween spirit in a fun and interactive way, like our Big Train, that will transport visitors around the pumpkin fields." continued Rameson, "We love creating lifelong memories for our guests, while they spend the day experiencing all the activities on our farm."
