Wigen has received the FINRA Arbitrator Certificate of Completion, for Dispute Resolution - Basic Arbitrator Training Program on September 23, 2023.  James is now officially classified as a Non-Public Arbitrator, and can be selected for FINRA Arbitration Hearings.
