Partnership gives Minto to expand the market in North and South America
SAN FRANCISCO - Californer -- Minto Inc. (Tokyo, Japan), and Octas Inc. (San Francisco, California) announced an exclusive agency agreement for North and South America and other regions for the original character "Mimi & Neko" from Minto.
With this agreement, Mint will develop and expand their IP market especially in North America, by utilizing (leveraging) Octas' development capabilities in the digital market.
Under the terms of the agreement, Octas will be the licensing agent and own merchandising and animation rights to "Mimi & Neko" in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, New Zealand, and Australia.
As the first step of business development based on this agreement, Octas plans to launch an e-commerce website to sell "Mimi & Neko" character goods and other products.
