SAN DIEGO - Californer -- The highly-anticipated Grand Opening of Lennar's three new communities at Pacific Village will unveil the model homes for the first time on Saturday, October 12. Models from The Commons, The Pavilion and The Promenade will open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. while attendees can enjoy day-of festivities from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Promenade is a new neighborhood at Pacific Village that offers four distinctive floorplans for homebuyers to choose from of attached upscale townhomes.
