Membership comes as NVIDIA introduces a new open agent safety platform for continuous monitoring and enforcement, reinforcing Pervaziv AI's commitment to secure, governed and verifiable agentic AI
SAN FRANCISCO - Californer -- Pervaziv AI has joined the Open Secure AI Alliance, the industry initiative originally established by NVIDIA and now hosted by the Linux Foundation as a neutral home for collaborative AI security.
The membership comes as NVIDIA introduces the NVIDIA Open Agent Safety Platform, a reference architecture for continuous monitoring and policy enforcement around autonomous AI agents. The platform combines NVIDIA OpenShell secure runtime technology with NVIDIA Sentry on BlueField infrastructure, creating independent controls around what agents can access, how they behave and when intervention may be required.
The timing reflects a broader shift in agentic AI security. As AI systems gain access to tools, data, credentials, software and infrastructure, security can no longer depend only on safeguards inside the model or agent itself. NVIDIA's architecture emphasizes verifiable policy, out-of-band enforcement, controlled model access and continuous visibility into agent behavior.

That direction closely aligns with how Pervaziv AI is developing Cortex.
Cortex began as an AI coding and security agent and has expanded into an Enterprise AI Control Layer spanning specialized models, agents, enterprise systems, browsers, IDEs, mobile experiences and managed cloud execution. Its security architecture includes AI Threat Modeling, AI Security Review, prompt-injection defenses, local privacy controls, independent verification and runtime protections for longer-running workflows.
Cortex Verify is designed to independently determine whether proposed software changes satisfy requirements, follow expected standards and include appropriate testing. Cortex Cloud extends those principles into managed execution with static analysis, runtime security and governed workflows.
Pervaziv AI's membership also builds on its recent support for OpenAI's Call for Collective Action on Cyber Defense, which focuses on applying increasingly capable AI to strengthen defenders, identify high-impact weaknesses and verify remediation.

The Open Secure AI Alliance addresses the complementary challenge of securing the models, agents, runtimes and infrastructure increasingly performing that work.
"As AI agents gain access to more tools, data and infrastructure, capability alone is not enough. They need independent controls around how they operate and evidence that the intended outcome actually occurred," said Anoop Jaishankar, Founder and CEO of Pervaziv AI. "Joining the Open Secure AI Alliance builds on our commitment to collective cyber defense and aligns with how we are developing Cortex."
Through its Linux Foundation and Open Secure AI Alliance membership, Pervaziv AI plans to support open approaches to agent security, governed execution, validation and shared defensive learning as AI takes on a larger role in software and enterprise work.
