Long Beach, CA ~ Long Beach Airport (LGB) has recently launched a new online feature, the FlyMyAirport search tool, to make it easier for passengers to find nonstop and connecting flights to and from the airport. This dynamic tool, available on LGB's website and airline destinations webpage, aims to provide a seamless way for travelers to search flights, compare options, and even explore special travel packages.
According to Long Beach Mayor Rex Richardson, this new tool will greatly benefit travelers by allowing them to see all the available flight options for coming into and out of LGB. He also highlighted the airport's convenient location in the heart of Southern California as a first choice for passengers looking for a first-class travel experience.
The FlyMyAirport search tool is powered by KAYAK and is a product of Airport One, LLC. It simplifies the flight planning process by providing easy access to LGB's extensive travel options. Currently, LGB offers nonstop flights to 23 airports nationwide, including Hawaii, with one-stop service to nearly 400 cities around the world.

For example, Delta Air Lines offers one-stop access to major European cities such as Amsterdam, London and Paris; Hawaiian Airlines provides convenient connecting flights to Tokyo, Seoul, and Sydney; and Southwest Airlines offers one-stop service to Liberia (Costa Rica), Puerto Vallarta and Reykjavik.
By using this new search tool, travelers can avoid the stress and complexities of other major airports in the region while enjoying LGB's relaxed atmosphere and quick curb-to-gate access. This may make it more convenient for them to depart from LGB even when a connection is required.
Cynthia Guidry, Airport Director at LGB, expressed her excitement about this new feature stating that it will not only help travelers plan their journeys efficiently but also reflects their commitment towards enhancing customer experience. She also mentioned that this tool makes it easier than ever for travelers to plan their journeys from LGB to almost anywhere, not just the nonstop destinations offered by major air carriers.
Officially trademarked as "America's Coolest Airport™", LGB prides itself on providing a stress-free journey and a first-class customer experience. Located at a central position between Los Angeles and Orange counties, LGB is the preferred gateway for Southern California travelers.
