Long Beach, CA ~ Long Beach, CA - The City of Long Beach has taken a major step towards bridging the digital divide by releasing two new digital inclusion resources. These tools, an updated multilingual Digital Inclusion Resource Guide and a new Digital Inclusion Resources Asset Map, aim to empower residents and provide access to essential digital services and resources.
According to Mayor Rex Richardson, digital access has become increasingly vital for education, employment, health services, and daily life. He believes that these resources will support the community in connecting, learning, and thriving in today's digital world.

These partners include various City departments, community-based organizations, nonprofits, funders, higher education institutions, internet service providers (ISPs), K-12 education institutions, private technology companies, and workforce development organizations. Together they have developed a vision and strategies to advance digital equity and inclusion for all in Long Beach.
