·    -m° control- This multi-purpose cooking probe that recently won a 2019 GIA award in the "Kitchenware" category, allows users to keep track of both the surface temperature and the internal temperature for perfect results. -m° chocolate- A two-in-one thermo-spatula that allows you to stir and scrape the sides of the bowl, regardless of the shape, all while measuring the temperature of your ingredients.
