My Refuge House Hosts Much Ado for Freedom

SOUTH PASADENA, Calif. - Californer -- My Refuge House is hosting a raucously fun and inspirational evening featuring the Improvised Shakespeare Company with emcee, actor/comedian Sandy Velasco, on April 30, 2023, at the Woman's Club of South Pasadena in South Pasadena, CA. Celebrating 15 years of My Refuge House's journey, this annual benefit will bestow the healing power of laughter while embodying the values of storytelling, bearing witness and building bridges across communities to spark joy.

The Improvised Shakespeare Company (ISC) brings an evening of off-the-cuff comedy using the language and themes of William Shakespeare. Regulars at The Largo at the Coronet in Hollywood and featured at comedy events worldwide, here is an opportunity to see these comedy improv wizards locally.
