VENTURA, Calif. - Californer -- Residents in Ventura County Public Works Agency's Water and Sanitation's four water districts can look forward to an easier way of paying their utility bills with the launch of its new online portal on July 1.
The new online portal offers a user-friendly service and convenient features for users to manage their account from anywhere, 24/7. In addition, users can set up autopay, access and pay bills electronically, and go paperless all under the fully certified, highest-level of data security.
"The secure, easy-to-use and eco-friendly interface is designed to simplify the bill-pay process said Joe Pope, VCPWA's Director for the Water and Sanitation. "We hope the new online portal will provide an update that supports our customers busy lives."
