NORCAL Engineering Names Heather D. Green as CEO, Succeeding Co-Founder Father

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. - Californer -- NORCAL Engineering, a prominent geotechnical engineering firm based in Orange County, California, has appointed Heather D. Green as Chief Executive Officer. With a robust background in education and over a decade of experience in teaching and curriculum development, Green brings a fresh perspective to the helm of the 37-year-old company.

Specializing in geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, seismicity, construction consulting, and soil and materials testing and inspection for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects, NORCAL Engineering was co-founded in 1986 by Green's father, Troy Don Norrell, and former partner Terry Callahan. Following Norrell's passing in October 2022, Green assumed a leadership role, combining her educational expertise with a commitment to advancing the company and the industry.
