SAN DIEGO - Californer -- Drawbridge Realty, an investor in operationally important corporate facilities nationwide, has renewed Northrop Grumman's full-campus lease at Spectrum Corporate Center in San Diego, CA.
Northrop Grumman, a leading global aerospace and defense technology company, has been the only occupant of the 182,870 s.f. three-building campus since it was constructed in 2005.
Spectrum Corporate Center is located in the heart of the Kearny Mesa submarket of Central San Diego with access to Interstates 15, 805, 8, and 5 along with Highways 52 and 163. Drawbridge acquired the campus in 2015.
JLL represented both the landlord and tenant.
This brings Drawbridge's portfolio-wide leasing activity to more than half a million square feet so far this year.
