Ross has extensive experience in arbitrating customer and industry disputes before FINRA, where he handled hundreds of cases throughout the United States.  Ross tried numerous cases to verdict where he successfully defended customer complaints and prosecuted claims, including a recent decision, which awarded over 10 million dollars in damages.
