Firm utilizes innovative VMS for management of its diverse client portfolio
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - Californer -- ELEVATE (https://www.elevatesaas.com/), Inc., delivering world-class total talent management technologies for today's high-performing, nimble organizations announced today that professional staffing partner, PEAK Technical Services USA (https://www.peaktechnical.com/) has selected ELEVATE to manage the professional and technical contingent workforce of its diverse base of MSP customers. PEAK chose the ELEVATE VMS (vendor management system) platform for its full-featured reporting and dynamic analytics, built-in collaboration tools, and flexible integration architecture, as well as its robust workflow capabilities.
PEAK had been utilizing a VMS which was not able to scale with the company's growing customer base. They were in need of a solution that featured extensive analytics, robust contingent labor sourcing workflow, consolidated invoicing capabilities, and could be easily implemented across its key professional and technical accounts. After evaluating several competitive solutions, PEAK selected ELEVATE and immediately began converting its existing customer base and implementing the platform on its new accounts.

"We were extremely impressed with the ELEVATE technology, but the platform's underlying network-client architecture really solidified the partnership," said Fred Aiello, Vice President, Managed Service Programs at PEAK Technical Services USA. "This architecture allows us to adapt the tool to the unique needs of each of our customers yet still provide an overall view of all our activity across individual programs. Our blue-chip client base required a world-class tool and ELEVATE was able to address the complexity of our programs and hit the ground running on day one."
PEAK is transitioning customers to the new VMS from a host of industries, including medical supply providers, glass and specialty manufacturing, and the transportation industry.
"The partnership with PEAK has been extremely collaborative from evaluation to implementation," said Rob Morris, CEO of ELEVATE, Inc. "Our customer-centric account team has been instrumental in converting PEAK's clients to the ELEVATE platform and our technology will provide usable and insightful tools to manage the firm's growing customer base."
