The "American Slave Nation should align with 'Hapless Revenge', A Juneteenth Tale to open up dialogue of the breeding, branding, buying and selling of Pan African prisoners of war that become 3/5th of human beings in America" - Khubaka Michael Harris
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. - Californer -- This micro short Film is designed to serve as a dramatic instructional video which ignites discussion about governments deciding to make Juneteenth an Official Holiday.
Since the United States three years ago made the nineteenth of June an Official Federal Holiday, artist / activist Phillip E. Walker-MFA has annually lead a 2 & 1/2 mile Opel Lee inspired WALK from just outside of his Solomonte apartment complex to the Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730 USA City Hall, where he each time requested that his All-American City make Juneteenth an Official Holiday.
Furthermore, during each Juneteenth weekend since the Federal Holiday was established, Mr. Walker has recorded video of Juneteenth celebrations throughout the Inland Empire Region of Southern California and in Los Angeles. This year he expanded his efforts to get Juneteenth to become an Official unrestricted State Holiday by creating and delivering an original slave narrative petite motion picture directly to the California Capitol City of Sacramento.
