VENTURA, Calif. - Californer -- This holiday season, PODS® Local is proud to support Royal Family Kids' Camp (RFKC) Oxnard in its mission to create lasting memories for children in Ventura County's foster care system. In a generous donation, PODS® Local provided storage containers for RFKC Oxnard's holiday yard sale, which was held on Saturday, November 16, 2024. The yard sale featured a variety of items, including furniture, bikes, toys, books, tools, gardening supplies, household goods, clothing, and more.
All proceeds from the yard sale went toward funding the 25th annual weeklong camp, scheduled for June 2025. The camp offers a safe and nurturing experience specifically for children in foster care, providing a unique opportunity for kids to build positive relationships, enjoy traditional camp activities, and make cherished memories in a caring environment.
