PALO ALTO, Calif. ~ Tidal Partners, a strategic M&A advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Rajeev Singh-Molares to its leadership team as Senior Advisor. With over 30 years of investing, advisory and international executive experience, Singh-Molares will focus on driving long-term value creation for clients in the midst of digital transformation.

Singh-Molares most recently founded and operated Alma Mundi Ventures, a venture capital firm that focused on technology and digital innovation with an emphasis on supporting Hispanic entrepreneurs. He also served as CEO of DHL Europe, Middle East and Africa and held several senior positions at Alcatel-Lucent including Chief Strategy Officer and President Asia Pacific Region. Additionally he was a long time Senior Partner at Monitor Group and Chair of the Global Agenda Council on Information & Communications Technologies at the World Economic Forum.
