~ The City of San José is proposing a Planned Development Rezoning for the 1-gross acre site located at 1655 Lincoln Avenue. The rezoning would allow for the demolition of a single existing single-family home and the construction of five new single-family homes, four of which would include an accessory dwelling unit (ADU).
The Tentative Map would allow for the subdivision of the single lot into five lots and one private street. The project is open to public review and comment from August 8, 2023 to August 28, 2023. All comments must be submitted to Environmental Project Manager Nhu Nguyen by 5:00 p.m. on August 28, 2023.
