When these ordinances were approved by the City Council, the Director of Housing was authorized to use administrative citations to deter violations and obtain compliance. To implement the administrative citations, the City Council must adopt an updated Schedule of Fines. The Housing Department intends to bring a draft Schedule of Fines to the City Council in the fall.

You are invited to attend a meeting on September 25, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., to discuss the process for issuing administrative citations and the draft fine schedule.

Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at 6:00 p.m.
