SAN DIEGO - Californer -- Corporate and Securities Regulatory Law Firm Jacko Law Group, PC has announced the addition of skilled Securities and Corporate Litigation Attorney Dharmi C. Mehta, Esq., to the firm's legal team.
Ms. Mehta is the newest member to join the San Diego-based firm, bringing years of experience in securities and corporate litigation.
Prior to joining Jacko Law Group, Ms. Mehta was a senior associate at Reif Law Group where she provided legal counsel and representation to investment advisers and others in the advisory space. Additionally, she was an attorney at Robbins Geller Rudman & Down LLC, where she provided counsel and representation to shareholders.

In addition, Ms. Mehta served as Compliance Counsel for Seashine Financial, LLC, as a compliance examiner at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and as a legal intern for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). While working in the financial services industry for years, Ms. Mehta obtained her Series 7 and 66 licenses through FINRA. With this strategic skillset, Ms. Mehta will be supporting Jacko Law Group's growing securities transactional practice.
Managing Partner Michelle L. Jacko, Esq., is excited to add a dynamic and talented practitioner and trial attorney to the firm's legal services. She says, "Ms. Mehta has a strong and all-encompassing work history, from experience in complex litigation and business disputes to hands-on experience as a Compliance Examiner for the securities regulatory agencies." She finishes. "She will be a tremendous asset to the firm and to our clients."
Ms. Mehta received her Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in business from the California Western School of Law. She has an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Tech University. She is licensed to practice in California and Texas.
