SAN DIEGO - Californer -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Bardia Moayedi has joined as partner in the San Diego office, adding new depth and capabilities to serve a growing client base in the area.
Moayedi joins the firm's corporate and securities group and will focus his practice on advising emerging growth and public companies throughout their life cycles, particularly in the life sciences, high-technology, financial technology, food and beverage and clean-technology industries.
"Bardia is a talented attorney whose skillset complements our current team and strengthens our offering to the San Diego market," said Jeffrey D. Morton, co-managing partner of the San Diego office and co-chair of the firm's Life Sciences and Medical Technology Industry Group.
The arrival of Moayedi follows another recent addition to the firm's San Diego office. Earlier this year, Sarah Hibbard joined Snell & Wilmer San Diego as a member of its Corporate and Securities practice. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Hibbard was general counsel for a San Diego-based biotechnology company operating in the oncology space.

Moayedi has significant experience representing companies and financial firms in a broad range of general corporate governance and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, debt offerings, spin-offs/divestitures, joint ventures, IPOs, follow-on offerings, and tender offers.
