Robert Gelinas joins ThinkSys as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Nick Franco joins as its new Vice President of Sales. Melinda Reiss joins as ThinkSys' new Vice President of Marketing.
ThinkSys' founder and CEO, Rajiv Jain, explained, "These days, to be a true solution provider requires a great deal of organizational maturity, superior processes, broad and in-depth expertise, and most importantly, experienced leadership. Over Robert Gelinas' 30+ year career, of which the last 14 years have been spent in the software engineering world, he has helped several organizations develop world-class revenue generation capabilities worldwide. Bob has been a serial entrepreneur for many years, involved with numerous technology startups and early-stage, high-growth companies, leading several of them to highly successful exit events. He is the author of eight books, the latest of which is BLT Sales: Bigger (deals) in Less Time.

Nick Franco has been a dynamic sales leader for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of winning experience and business achievement to ThinkSys. Nick started his career in the finance industry and intimately understands the business dynamics that affect customers the most. He, too, has been an entrepreneur and an investor in multiple successful ventures.
Melinda Reiss has been an accomplished marketing leader for over 24 years. She's built several high-performance marketing teams from scratch. She looks forward to developing her team at ThinkSys and helping them reach their full potential. Her expertise is in digital marketing, lead generation, branding, and high-quality demand generation.
