SAN DIEGO - Californer -- Angelo La Bruna, Senior Vice President of Apartment Realty Group (ARG) represented the seller in the sale of 3-Unit apartment complex in Northwest Chula Vista. Located at 109 Jefferson Ave Chula Vista, CA 91910, the property consisted of one (1) 2Bedroom / 1Bathroom house and two (2) 2Bedroom / 1Bathroom apartments in the rear of the property. The asset was fully occupied at closing with below market rents, and was sold to a local all-cash investor. The asset is near the Chula Vista Bayfront Redevelopment Project, which sets out to establish a 535-acre world-class destination in the South Bay. The total lot size was 6,548sf, and the final closing price was $1,025,000.
