Alex and Leila Hormozi are a breath of fresh air in the online get-rich hype space...
LOS ANGELES - Californer -- You know I did some research before writing this short article. And I am still amazed at the number of uninformed haters that paint everything with the SCAM brush.
Which is pretty disappointing to see when it comes to the likes of Alex and Leila Hormozi.
They are clearly THE REAL DEAL!
To prove it they have produced hundreds of hours of FREE videos where they share, instruct, and guide anyone wise enough to watch and listen (and take notes (smile)).
Okay. With that out of the way let me get to my point.
Who is Alex Hormozi (from their site)
"Alex Hormozi is a first-generation Iranian-American entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist. In 2013, he started his first brick & mortar business. Within three years, he successfully scaled his business to six locations. He then sold his locations to transition to the turnaround business. From there he spent two years turning 32+ brick & mortar businesses around using the same model that made his privately owned locations successful.

After that experience, he packaged his process into a licensing model which scaled to over 4000+ locations in 4 years. Over that same four-year period, he founded and scaled three other companies to $120M+ in cumulative sales across four different industries (software, service, e-commerce, and brick & mortar) without taking on outside capital. He has scaled and exited 7 companies. His most notable exit was the majority sale of his licensing company for $46.2M in 2021"
In several of Alex's "How I Did It" videos, he gives clear instructions about the focus and persistence it takes to move the needle in your business.
In particular, the point he makes about leverage is key. He shares how he would make your initial goal 100 DAILY touches!
This can be through email, DM, social media posts, paid ads, phone calls, etc.
Alex makes the point that you need to do the following to see any hope of success:

1) Identify your client's (customer's) dream outcome.
2) Be clear about what their obstacles are to getting there.
3) Turn those obstacles into solutions.
4) Maximize the profit vs value proposition.
5) Create a high-value high-profit offer stack!
He drives these points home further with his discussion of the "Delivery Cube".
