EASTVALE, Calif. - Californer -- Timothy Griggs was inspired to create a Credit Card App to empower and educate the masses on how to manage their finances so that they can purchase a house. 30 years is a long time to observe an industry, and Timothy Griggs has done just that and created a mobile app to help people buy their own home.
