While writing about DEI, the news broke about the disrespect shown to President Zelensky of Ukraine at the White House 2/28/25. Gravely disappointed, Wright weighs in at the end of the article, calling the exchange "shameful" for Americans.

Please!
DEI is not my God!
Take what you will or you may, but you won't make me cry for D-E-I!
As a descendant of the Middle Sea Passage, of people who were kidnapped, beaten, robbed of family, language and heritage, still I thrive. Honey, Please!.
The offerings and the result of DEI policies are embarrassing! Absolutely embarrassing. Less than sub-pennies on the dollar for what is due to us as a people, who were sold out by their own, kidnapped by foreigners and subjugated to oppression in a foreign land stolen from the indigenous people by warring immigrants. The little gains of DEI, Affirmative Action et al, greatly pale in comparison to the deep injustice Black people, descendants of slaves experienced in "the land of the free and the home of the brave."

DEI-Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, wow what a lie. So, no, I don't cry over DEI. It's unacceptable. It's Gaslighting the perpetrators and the recipients into believing that justice will be done for the horrors of 400 years of slavery, Jim Crow oppression, white supremacy, racism, share-cropping (another benign name yet evil in its application, implying equity but robbing at the same time), weaponization of the law and courts from the U.S. Supreme Court Dred Scott v John F. A. Sandford decision to the current White House Executive Orders. The racist minions have their signal from Trump and they will try to act out real racist policies and ones they imagine. Trusting in God, I say "NEXT!"
DEI was nothing but a sham along with "Affirmative Action" and every initiative of its ilk. So, cry for you DEI, I will not. Die DEI. I cry for justice. I cry for "liberty and justice for all." I cry to God who loves justice, who hates uneven weights, and who hates pride. White supremacy is pride and pride comes before destruction. It will destroy our nation. God's law and judgements will always prevail. Ronald Reagan who was recorded (https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-49177034) calling noble Black men of Africa, 'monkeys' as Governor of California egging on President Richard "Tricky Dicky" Nixon to do the same, died "a nobody" in his own mind. He lost his mind not having any understanding that he said "Mr. Gorbachev ,Tear Down That Wall." And so, the actor pontificating for justice delivered the lines in a foreign country, while in his own home he ravages a people with drugs, inequitable laws, and with the seething White supremacy laced in his own heart. Ronald Reagan became as King Nebuchadnezzar in the Book of Daniel, who lost his mind and roamed around as an animal. Ronald Reagan sadly never regained his "right mind" as Nebuchadnezzar did by realizing it is God Almighty who is King and Creator of the World.
