Drawbridge Realty Aids Nursing College Expansion in Orange County, CA

SANTA ANA, Calif. - Californer -- Drawbridge Realty has leased 20,839 sq. ft. of its available space at Pacific Center in Santa Ana through an expansion of CNI College's campus at 1610 East St. Andrew Place. This expansion brings the nursing college's Santa Ana campus to nearly 73,000 sq. ft.

CNI College offers a range of accredited nursing and health sciences programs from Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degrees, to Vocational Nursing, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Surgical Technology.

Pacific Center is a 390,600 sq. ft., two-building Class A office campus located in Santa Ana with fantastic access to I55 and I405 and only 15 minutes to Orange County's John Wayne Airport.

As a result of the nursing college's expansion, Pacific Center has less than 30,000 sq. ft. of office space available for lease. The CBRE team of Dave Desper, Ross Bourne, Rick Warner & Chip Warner is actively marketing the remaining space. A new two-story class A lobby is currently under construction featuring a dedicated, separate entrance for the available suite. The work is anticipated to be completed by late June.
