Mr. Flumenbaum specializes in handling the legal aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.  He represents institutional and non-institutional clients in a wide variety of real estate transactional matters, including real property purchases and sales, retail and commercial leasing, and mortgage financings, refinancings and restructurings. In the past year, Mr. Flumenbaum has successfully negotiated, documented and closed transactions involving real property located in California, New York and many other states for an aggregate amount of over $250 million.

Mr. Flumenbaum earned his J.D. degree from the Emory University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Boston University.  He practices law in the Los Angeles area.
