6 Gigantic Luxury Lofts Will Sit Atop This Former Sewing Machine Warehouse

LOS ANGELES - Californer -- There's a major glow up happening at the historic Singer Building in Downtown Los Angeles not far from the Orpheum Theatre and Ace Hotel in DTLA's hip and growing fashion district.  Anjac Fashion Buildings LLC (a real estate investment firm) is heading a conversion of the upper floors into six lofts that are about 6000 square feet each.  These huge residences will be available for lease soon, likely Q1 2022, and anticipated pricing is between $10,000-$15,000 each and will be some of the largest and more expensive rentals in Downtown Los Angeles.

"I'm sure these will be spectacular and I can't wait to see the finished product as I would love to share with my clients as I specialize in high end residences in urban areas and especially Downtown Los Angeles with The Ritz-Carlton Residences LA Live being my most requested building," said Yvonne Arias, owner and broker of The Property Lab, headquartered at Ritz-Carlton LA Live.

The Singer building is currently home to the Vans flagship store and nearby you have a similar Apple Store flaship-style location as well as an Urban Outfitters flagship.  A lively and stylish area indeed.  And another piece of info we learned is that Anjac is also spearheading a $3.5M rehab of the Orpheum.  We can't wait to see that too.  Anjac, you're doing great things.  We are on the lookout ;)
