ICTInnovations released the ICTFax Service Provider Version 6.0. ICTFax SP Edition is an Email to Fax, Fax to Email and Web to Fax software  application also it supports Extensions / ATA, REST API's and T.38, G.711 pass through and PSTN faxing. ICTFAX SP Edition is based on open source Freeswitch, ICTCore and Angular Framework.
Following are the new features introduced in ICTFAX Service Provider Editon Version 6.0

1. PHP and MariaDB Updated with 8.3 and 10.11.9:
ICTFax SP Version 6.0 now featuring enhanced performance with PHP 8.3 and MariaDB 10.11.9, delivering faster processing and improved reliability. Experience cutting-edge efficiency and stability in your fax communications with PHP and MariaDB latest updates.

2. MFA and Reset Password:
ICTFax SP Edition Version 6.0 features Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) and password reset options. Admins can assign MFA permissions to a tenant or company, allowing users to log into their web panels using their chosen MFA methods.
ICTFax supports the MFA through three known methods. Following are the types of MFA methods that ICTFax supports.

Tenants and users can reset their passwords if forgotten or change them for security reasons.

3. Enhanced Activity Monitoring:
ICTFax SP Edition Version 6.0 features Enhanced Activity Logs Monitoring. Both admins and tenants can monitor user activities, including what actions are taken and when.  The fax logs provide details such as fax type, date, sender and receiver information, along with the final transmission status.
Admin and tenant can see and monitor the system activities. All users activities are monitored in this single module. In system a activities admin and tenant can see and monitor the following activities such as User ID, User name, activity that user performed such as (login/logout/create fax or others), server IP and date/time as shown in below image.

4. Strong Password Policies:
ICTFax SP Edition Version 6.0 features strong password policies and failed login attempts management. Administrators can configure password policies, including minimum length, uppercase, lowercase, and special characters. When creating or changing a password, users will see the assigned requirements.
The admin configure/set a global password history, preventing users from reusing recent passwords. If a new password matches any previous ones, an error message will notify the user that old passwords cannot be used.
Admins can also define password expiration periods. For instance, if set to 80 days, after this period, users will be logged out and shown the message, "Your password has expired; you can't log in. Please contact the admin for assistance."
Additionally, admins can enforce limits on failed login attempts. If a user exceeds this limit, their account will be locked, and they will see the message: "You have made multiple failed attempts. Your account is locked. Please contact the admin."

5. Session Management Enhancement:
ICTFax SP Edition Version 6.0 features session management, allowing the admin to configure a global session timeout. When a user logs in, a popup will appear after the specified time. If the user selects "stay logged in," they will remain logged in until the next timeout popup. If there is no response, the user will be logged out automatically.
Admin and tenant can destroy the session of users. When admin click session destroy icon of any user then user will automatically logged out. Admin and tenant can monitor the status of users. When user will login his status will showing as login and when user will log out then his status will updated to log out.

6. Print2fax Application:
ICTFax SP Edition Version 6.0 features print2fax application. With the new Print2Fax application, users can now instantly send documents as faxes directly from their desktop, eliminating the need for manual uploads and additional fax machines or printers and streamlining the faxing process with a single click.
