LOS ANGELES, June 6, 2025 ~ IFC Advisors, a FINRA registered firm based in Los Angeles, has recently announced their decision to partner with AdvisorVault and utilize their 17a-4 Managed 365 Service®. This move comes as IFC faced challenges with compliance due to outdated technology and scattered data.

According to Allan Lonz, President of AdvisorVault, IFC's main goal was to centralize all their data on Microsoft 365. This included migrating their old server to SharePoint, moving PC data to OneDrive, and upgrading to the Microsoft Business Standard license provided by AdvisorVault. By consolidating their records on the cloud, IFC was able to simplify compliance processes and reduce IT costs.

Through this partnership with AdvisorVault, IFC now has access to a fully supported and archived Microsoft Cloud for a flat monthly fee. This includes FINRA cybersecurity measures such as email filtering and threat monitoring. Additionally, AdvisorVault's 17a-4 D3P Service provides attestation letters for compliance purposes.
