Alex C. Muñoz Uses Cinematic Storytelling to Calm People's Nerves
LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Writer | Director Alex C. Muñoz creates video spots designed to promote calmness during the Covid-19 pandemic. Most of the self-reflective cinematic spots are shot in slow-motion to reflect the slowing down of life on planet earth.

With 4 directing gigs postponed, Muñoz chose to use his downtime to stay creative. Muñoz says, "Because everything is slowing down, I thought it was important to make shorts with similar pacing. With everything slowed down, we see more and experience things more fully and enjoy life more deeply. My hope is that these videos will help people enter into a space of meditative thought."
Currently, Muñoz is in pre-production on his feature film "Make the Moon", which was developed at the Sundance Writer's Lab. The film is set to shoot Fall 2020. More information on Muñoz is available on his website at alexcmunoz.wix.com/director.
