DALLAS - Californer -- Ironside Human Resources recently announced three promotions to leadership positions within the company.
Included is Albert Cox, who has been named Executive Vice President. Cox began as a recruiter and then became Vice President of Recruiting in 2018. In his new role, he leads all sales and recruiting functions for the company.
"I look forward to being more heavily involved with our clients and prioritizing the collaboration between both sales and recruiting to meet the needs of their facilities," said Cox.
Hannah Swei, who began her career just four years ago as a recruiter for the Dallas-based healthcare staffing firm, has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Swei, who most recently served as the Director of Corporate Services and Brand Management, has played a key role in Ironside's rapid growth. Swei has proven herself to be exceedingly valuable both in production positions and leading Ironside's corporate team during her tenure.

"We promote from within. We want those people who've earned the trust of our candidates and clients since day one to have the opportunity to make an impact in this industry on a much larger level," said Doug Carter, CEO of Ironside Human Resources.
Lastly, Abdul Bannat has been promoted to Director of Recruitment. In just two years, he's elevated himself to a key role within the organization and most recently served as Senior Recruiter. Bannat will be working closely with new EVP Albert Cox, in a role that requires him to both produce and lead others in the coming year.
"Hard work, dedication, leadership skills, while still hitting production goals," is how Bannat describes his recipe for success.
These promotions coincide with record growth for the Dallas firm and national recognition that includes ranking No. 38 on Inc.'s Regional Southwest list for fastest growing companies with over 400% growth in the last two years, No. 94 on the Financial Times list of "America's Fastest Growing Companies," and 4.8/5 stars by Clearly Rated earning its "Best of Staffing Client Award."
