K2 Integrity Names Michael Kallabat Global Head of Investigations and Disputes

NEW YORK & RIYADH, Saudi Arabia & DUBAI, UAE & LONDON - Californer -- K2 Integrity, a global leader in risk management, investigations, automation, and assurance services, today announced that Michael Kallabat has joined as Global Head of Investigations and Disputes. In this role, Mr. Kallabat leads a multidisciplinary team of investigators and other specialists working with multi-national organizations to identify and address critical vulnerabilities and build enterprise-wide risk management strategies related to business disputes, cross-border fraud, bribery and corruption investigations, and other complex matters.

Mr. Kallabat brings nearly two decades of experience advising organizations on fraud risk program design, third-party anti-bribery and anti-corruption screening, and crisis and business continuity planning. In that capacity, he has advised boards and senior executives across the energy, finance, infrastructure, retail, and transportation sectors, among others.

Prior to joining K2, Mr. Kallabat held senior leadership roles at global consulting firms, where he led teams developing and executing risk management and compliance strategies for clients across the United States, Middle East, Europe, and Asia. He is a graduate of Georgetown University.
