Land Advisors Organization completed the sale of nearly 50-acres in Perris, California.
RIVERSIDE, Calif. - Californer -- Land Advisors Organization's West Riverside County team represented the seller in the sale of nearly 50 acres within the Green Valley master-planned community's (MPC), Planning Area 12 to Lennar Homes. The parcel provides Lennar with 191 single-family detached lots, which will have the minimum size of 6,500 square feet. Lennar plans to build two product types in the community.
The sale was facilitated by Brian Carricaburu and Andrew Sinderhoff with Land Advisors Organization, who represented the seller Cross Lake Partners/Raintree Investment Corporation. Sales within Lennar's new community are expected to begin in October 2024.

The Green Valley MPC is the gateway into the City of Perris and in proximity to major employment areas, including Riverside, Orange County, Los Angeles, Long Beach, and San Diego. The community provides home buyers with difficult to find attainable housing options and is the only active master-planned community with new home sales in the city of Perris. There are additional builder opportunities available within Green Valley, which include approximately 600 remaining single-family lots, 111 townhome lots, and 236 future apartment units that have been approved within Phase 1 of the Green Valley MPC.
"Having sold over 700 lots to guest builders, Green Valley has cemented itself as a premier destination for homebuilders on the 215 corridor," said Sinderhoff. "We are excited to see the continued growth of the community, all the while delivering much-needed new attainable housing choices for California home buyers."
