Long Beach, CA ~ Long Beach, CA - As the school spring break approaches, the City of Long Beach Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine (PRM) is gearing up to offer its popular youth recreation program, Spring Fun Days. This free program will take place at various parks throughout Long Beach and is designed to engage children ages 5 to 12 in a variety of fun activities.
From April 14th to 18th, children can participate in sports, games, arts and crafts, and special events at participating parks from noon to 5 p.m. each day. The best part? This is a drop-in program, meaning registered participants can come and go as they please.

To register for Spring Fun Days, interested individuals must pick up a registration form at one of the participating parks starting on March 31st. Pre-registration is required for this popular program.
According to Jane Grobaty, Community Information Officer for the Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine, there will be a complete list of participating locations available on the Spring Break Fun Days program webpage.
