The City of San José has prepared an Addendum to the Garden Gate Tower Project EIR (SP18-001) for:
Project File No. and Name: SPA18-001-01 – Scape San Jose
Location: southeast corner of South 1st Street and East Reed Street
The Addendum documents are posted on the City's website at: www.sanjoseca.gov/activeeirs
Project Description: Special Use Permit/Amendment to allow the construction of a 252-foot-high mixed-use tower with 5,655 square feet of ground floor commercial space (up to 4 commercial condominiums) and 336 residential units.
