SAN DIEGO - Californer -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to welcome real estate attorney Rosalyn "Roz" Sutton to the San Diego office.

Roz's practice is focused on representing developers, private equity funds and financial institutions on both the equity and debt sides of real estate transactions. She has experience advising clients on matters involving the acquisition, sale, development, financing and construction of large commercial properties and projects. Roz also has extensive experience advising financial institutions, as well as non-bank lenders on the origination and restructuring of commercial real estate mortgage and mezzanine loans.
