Real Estate Attorney Rosalyn Sutton Joins Snell & Wilmer's Growing San Diego Office

SAN DIEGO - Californer -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to welcome real estate attorney Rosalyn "Roz" Sutton to the San Diego office.

"Roz is an excellent attorney whose knowledge and skills will strengthen our San Diego office," said San Diego real estate partner Monique Lashbrook. "I've had the pleasure of working closely with Roz in the past and know that our clients will benefit from her joining our team."

Roz's practice is focused on representing developers, private equity funds and financial institutions on both the equity and debt sides of real estate transactions. She has experience advising clients on matters involving the acquisition, sale, development, financing and construction of large commercial properties and projects. Roz also has extensive experience advising financial institutions, as well as non-bank lenders on the origination and restructuring of commercial real estate mortgage and mezzanine loans.

Roz received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from San Diego State University.
