NASHVILLE, Tenn. & CHICAGO - Californer -- Regent Surgical Health, the nation's largest private joint venture operator of surgery centers, announces Jeff Andrews as its new chief operating officer to guide Regent's nationwide expansion as the company executes an aggressive growth phase.
"Jeff is a healthcare veteran and brings deep expertise in driving patient-centric operational efficiency. He understands the landscape having served in key leadership roles at some of the most notable ambulatory healthcare delivery businesses in the country," said Regent CEO Chris Bishop. "As Regent continues to develop ASC partnerships with health systems and physicians, we are excited to have an experienced leader to steer the team through this period of high scalability. More importantly, we conducted an extensive search for a leader that would further drive our mission of providing the highest quality surgical care in a more convenient surgery center setting. We found that in Jeff and are pleased to welcome him to the team."
In this role, Andrews will identify growth opportunities to help expand Regent's ambulatory strategy including health system relationship development. He will lead the company's efforts to develop the operational framework to execute as it grows while pursuing its vision to provide outcomes-based value through delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Andrews will also help Regent develop a thoughtful plan to leverage an evolving infrastructure to ensure the ability to scale as the company grows.
