Earlier in March, the San Jose Department of Parks, Recreation, and Neighborhood Services featured a blog post about the Temporary Rent Increase Moratorium currently in place in San Jose. This moratorium applies to all mobilehome spaces covered by the Mobilehome Rent Ordinance, and all apartments covered by the Apartment Rent Ordinance.
