ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Californer -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Marshall J. Hogan has been elected Secretary of the Executive Board and Andrew Still has been selected to join the Board of Directors for Orange County Bankruptcy Forum. Hogan has served on the Board of Directors since 2018 and Still will start his first term this year.
The Orange County Bankruptcy Forum is a non-profit organization that provides services and education for its members and the legal community of the greater Southern California area, with the goal of enhancing the community of practitioners and professionals.
Hogan is a commercial litigation and business bankruptcy attorney who assists clients with a wide variety of business disputes and bankruptcy matters. He has represented clients in state and federal courts in matters involving contract claims, business tort claims, trade secret and intellectual property claims.
