LOS ANGELES - Californer -- HOLO Footwear and WNBA Rising Star Jacy Sheldon Launch Signature Shoe "JS:01" Exclusively at DICK'S Sporting Goods
PITTSBURGH, PA (July 2, 2025) — HOLO Footwear proudly announces the debut of its first-ever signature basketball shoe with a WNBA athlete, the JS:01, in collaboration with Connecticut Sun guard Jacy Sheldon. The exclusive release will launch Friday, July 18, Dicks. com just in time for WNBA All-Star Weekend.
Sheldon, known for her explosive speed, relentless defensive intensity, and fierce leadership, becomes the first WNBA player to sign with HOLO Footwear. As part of the groundbreaking partnership, she also received equity in the company, cementing her role as not just an ambassador, but a stakeholder in the brand's future. With this launch, Sheldon joins an elite group—one of only four active WNBA players to have a signature shoe line available at retail.

The debut "Bubblegum" colorway—bold and vibrant—is a nod to Sheldon's favorite hue, affectionately known as "Jacy Pink." The JS:01's design is rich with personal storytelling and symbolism. The TPU stabilizer wraps the shoe in a shape resembling the letter "O", a tribute to her home state of Ohio. A flowing elliptical pattern on the uppers evokes her signature speed and agility. Subtle homages to family appear throughout: five circles on the outsoles represent the people who ground her—on and off the court. The heel tabs carry powerful messages: one reads "L.E.A.D." (initials of her family members—Laura, Emmy, Ajay, Duane) and the other, "I get to," a mantra inspired by her younger sister Emmy, who was born with Down syndrome. Emmy is also honored in Sheldon's custom logo: an interlocking "JS" with three arrows in the "S," symbolizing the Down syndrome community's spirit to rise and move forward.
"From day one, Jacy has embodied the bold, purposeful energy that defines HOLO Footwear," said Rommel Vega, Co-Founder of HOLO Footwear. "The JS:01 is more than a sneaker—it's a statement of belief in the future of women's sports and a testament to what's possible when innovation meets courage."
