Annual fundraiser supports educational programs for children in need around the world
WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Californer -- Yours Humanly is holding its 5th annual Tee Off for Education Golf Tournament on Monday, October 21, 9am, at the Rossmoor Golf Course, 1010 Stanley Dollar Drive, Walnut Creek, followed by a raffle and awards presentation dinner at the Stanley Dollar Event Center.
A global nonprofit, Yours Humanly transforms the lives of children in need around the world by providing access to quality education and equitable resources. The golf tournament is one of three signature Yours Humanly annual fundraisers, and proceeds from the event will support Yours Humanly's programs that lift children out of poverty and other challenging situations through the power of education.
Check-in for this popular golf tournament fundraiser begins at 9am, at which time the putting green and practice range will be open for registered golfers. The putting contest begins at 10am, followed by the scramble format tournament beginning at 11am. The awards dinner follows at 4:30pm.
