TEMECULA, Calif. - Californer -- Fun And Easy Health will host an interactive wellness and longevity gathering Sept. 26 featuring Qi Gong, posture checks, hydration education, muscle testing demonstrations and the launch of monthly Wellness Wheel Workshops.
Fun And Easy Health founder Brittany Poliska will host the Temecula Valley Wellness & Longevity Event on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. in Temecula, California.
The interactive community gathering is designed to make holistic wellness practical, approachable and engaging for individuals, families, business owners and local leaders throughout Temecula, Murrieta and Southwest Riverside County.
A featured experience will be the Wellness Passport, which guides guests through six areas of the Fun And Easy Health Wellness Wheel: Structure, Nutrition, Emotions, Life Force, Light Body and the Acupuncture System. Each station will include a simple activity, a passport stamp, educational information and a healthy habit guests can continue at home.

Planned activities include Qi Gong, posture checks, hydration education, breathwork, swimming, a community potluck, client testimonials, raffle prizes and muscle testing demonstrations. The gathering will also introduce Fun And Easy Health's monthly Wellness Wheel Workshops, created to help local residents continue learning about whole-person wellness after the event.
"Many people want to improve their health but feel overwhelmed by conflicting information or do not know where to begin," said Poliska, a Murrieta holistic kinesiologist and health coach. "This event gives people a welcoming place to learn, experience simple wellness tools and discover a next step that feels realistic for them."
Guests will have an opportunity to meet Poliska, learn about holistic kinesiology and muscle reflex indicators, and explore educational wellness services offered through Fun And Easy Health. The event is intended for wellness education and community connection and does not replace diagnosis or treatment from a licensed medical provider.
