SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 22, 2024 ~ Ironclad, the leading digital contracting platform for modern businesses, has announced the addition of Jasmine Singh to their team as General Counsel. Singh brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Binti, Deputy General Counsel at Patreon, and Assistant General Counsel at Pinterest. Prior to her in-house roles, Singh spent six years as a litigator with law firms in San Francisco.
Singh's impressive credentials include earning Order of the Coif honors as a graduate of UCLA Law. Throughout her career, she has been a strong advocate for equity and inclusion and pro bono work. She founded the pro bono program at Pinterest and created 24 Hour Fitness's first mentorship program for women. She has also launched mentorship programs for law students and serves on the boards of non-profit social justice law firm Public Advocates and ChangeLawyers.
In recognition of her accomplishments, Singh was named to SF Business Times Most Influential Women in Business in 2019 and received Corporate Counsel's Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards in 2024.

In her new role as Ironclad's General Counsel, Singh is excited to continue championing Legal's essential role in business decisions. "As a legal leader, your primary goals are to help the business make strategic decisions and help your team drive impact," said Singh. "I have implemented four CLMs in my career, two of which have been Ironclad, and I've never been more confident in Ironclad's mission, strategy, and ability to support legal teams."
Singh also praised Ironclad's product and AI innovations as cutting edge tools that will make lawyers' lives easier. She joins a seasoned leadership team at Ironclad that includes Troy Wright leading partnerships and Jeremy Smith as President.
