~ The City of Long Beach Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine (PRM) is offering free extended supervised recreation programs for youth over the winter school break from December 26th to 29th, 2023 and January 2nd to 5th, 2024. The Winter Fun Days Program will provide youth ages 5 through 12 with a variety of recreational activities from noon to 5 p.m. at parks throughout Long Beach.
Activities include games, crafts, sports tournaments, field trips and holiday celebrations. Onsite registration is required when youth show up to participate and more information about the program can be found on the Winter Fun Days webpage or by calling the location of their choice.

The Winter Fun Days Program will take place at Admiral Kidd Park, Bixby Park, Cesar E. Chavez Park, College Estates Park, Coolidge Park, Drake Park, El Dorado Park West, Houghton Park, MacArthur Park, McBride Park, Martin Luther King Jr. Park, Orizaba Park, Pan American Park, Ramona Park , Scherer Park , Seaside Park , Silverado Park , Somerset Park , Stearns Champions park , Veterans park , Wardlow park and Whaley park .
