The design of Versa Pro advances the precision of automated inspection for SMT by using a precision granite stage that provides enhanced stability over other platforms. The Versa Pro reduces vibrations and enhancing positional accuracy for the users of the platform.
Our latest 3D projector technology provides repeatability below 1 um allowing the user to be certain of the results from the system.
In addition MVPs platforms uniquely allow for multiple lighting options. If you need 3D imaging you can use the Versa Pro's multiple angled projectors and lighting options. If you need surface inspection you have the ability to use our advanced lighting solutions to enhance inspection and find many defects that would otherwise be hidden to other technologies.
The Versa Pro also provides access to MVP's extensive algorithm capabilities. Users will have access to both defect and measurement based capabilities that have been field proven over the previous 30 Years.
