Metro Commercial Hires Tony Cervone as Executive VP, Principal

(Metro), one of the nation's leading full-service, retail real estate services firms, today announced Anthony (Tony) Cervone has joined the firm as Executive Vice President, Principal based out of the newly opened Miami, FL office. Cervone will support Metro's full menu of offerings including tenant, property management, lender, landlord, investment, and development services, with a focus on Tenant Services.

Tony Cervone has specialized in retail tenant representation for over 25 years. He has completed hundreds of transactions throughout Florida on behalf of TJX Companies (TJMaxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods), Trader Joe's, BrandsMart, Orchard Supply Hardware, Academy Sports, and Chase Bank. He has intimate knowledge of all markets throughout Florida and is specifically skilled in retail rollouts, project leasing and redevelopment of shopping centers, land acquisitions, and outparcel sales. Tony's clients add to Metro's current list of tenant accounts throughout Florida, which include BJ's Wholesale Club, Dave & Buster's, Mattress Firm, Urban Air, Tuesday Morning, and The Edge Fitness Club.
