The Sons & Dotters Old Fashioned, founded and bottled locally by The Dotters Family in Sorrento Valley, is now recognized as a leader in taste globally after their first entry. The Double Gold Medal signifies that Sons & Dotters Old Fashioned received Gold Medal ratings from every member on the panel during the judging process, a rare feat with the variety of tasting pallets that judge the competition.

The SFWSC presented by The Tasting Alliance, now in its 25^th year, is widely regarded as the ultimate authority in the beverage world. The blind tasting competition draws over 5,000 entries annually and is judged by the industry's most respected experts purely on taste.
