Bishop has a wealth of experience in providing services to clients in various industries at different stages of their life cycles. She guides clients in structuring, negotiating, and finalizing transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, reorganizations, and private equity/debt financings. Her practice involves due diligence, securities filings, contract negotiation, and advising business owners and executives on operational, governance, and compliance issues. Bishop is knowledgeable in developing strategies for risk management and conflict resolution.
